Joe George
From 1981 to 1992, Joe George worked as an independent technical service representative for major suppliers of concrete admixtures, concrete repair products, soil stabilization and waterproofing products. Particular expertise was gained in; industrial floor slab construction and repair, soft soils construction, and use of admixtures in concrete.

From 1992 to 1997 Joe worked as a consultant to manufacturers, developing products and providing field installation guidelines. Extensive exposure was gained in the areas of epoxy injection, polyurethane injection and cement grouting. During this period it became obvious that his broad background offered a real edge overcoming challenging construction problems.

In May 1997 Joe started Structural Solutions Company. Structural Solutions evolved from a project management company to a full service specialty contracting company in 9 months. Structural Solutions Company was incorporated April 10, 1998. Completing over a half million dollars of work in less than 1 years time.
