SSCI Solution: We begin a routine repair like this by defining the cause of the problem. We carefully remove damaged concrete and replace it will a suitable repair material.

In this example the floor was pumping or moving with heavy forklift traffic. We pumped cement grout under the floor to stabilize it. Then we saw cut to sound concrete chipped out the fractured concrete.

With the cavity clean we then troweled in epoxy mortar. When the epoxy set we re-sawed the joint and replaced the joint filler.
